Please read before contacting us.  These are the most commonly asked questions. 
  • Where's my order?
    To check the status of your order  > Click Here
    You'll need your Order No. from your email receipt.
    If you registered when you placed your order, you'll need to log in.

  • What your status means:
     
    Pending Processing Shipped
    We haven't processed your order yet.  Due to the volume of orders we receive your order may stay  at this status for a couple of days at most.  We try to process orders as they come it, but that isn't always possible.
    We are processing your order, getting it ready to be shipped. An automated email containing your tracking information will be sent to you as your shipping label is printed.  Your order is now complete and is on its way to you. 

    Please do not email us about the status of your order unless:
    1. You have lost your order number. 
    In that case, we will email you the number so you can check the status on our web site
    2. You have received a tracking number and at least 10 days have passed since the date the tracking number was received.   We have no control over the USPS and will not have any further information than what the USPS web site shows.

     
  • How do I return or exchange a product?

  • Need help with your color selection?
    Please read our:

    We don't have any further information regarding colors other than what is already on our web site.
    We cannot help you choose your color by a photo.

     
  • Custom match or sample matching
    Sorry, we do not offer this service. We simply don't have the staff required to mix custom colors or to match your sample to our premixed colors. 
    Please do not send us samples to match.

     
  • Sample swatches  and color charts
    Sorry we no longer offer sample swatches and we do not have a printed color chart.

     
  • Phone order or help
    In an effort to keep costs down and to process orders as fast as we can, we only accept Internet orders.
    We do not have available staff to answer questions by phone.  However we do answer questions by email as quickly as we can, sometimes within minutes.


  • We cannot help you choose your color.  Please don't ask.
