Easy  Exchanges

We've taken the headache out of exchanges. 
Much faster processing and NO need to go to the post office . 

Important please read: 

This is for exchanges only. NOT for new purchases.  If you would like to order other products please do that separately.  Sorry but we do not combine exchanges and new purchases.  They are separate transactions. 

If you choose to exchange your color by means other than our exchange process, please be aware that it can take up to 4 weeks to process your request after we receive it.

International exchanges:  Please use this form.


Here's how it works:

1.  Complete the exchange form below.

2.  Click on the  "Process My Exchange" button:

  • The shipping cost is covered both ways
    (the return color being sent back to us and the exchange color being sent back to you)
    The entire cost is  $11.26. ( $5.63 each way---new 2010 USPS rates)

  • Payment is  made through our shopping cart so you'll be able to use PayPal or your credit card. 
    The procedure is just like when you originally placed your order with us.

3.  We will immediately receive notice of your exchange and payment:

  • We then will prepare a pre-paid postage label for you that we'll email you within 24 hours (excluding weekends) in pdf format. 
    If you don't already have it, you'll need
    Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the file, it's free and safe.

4.  Once you receive the email from us with your pdf shipping label and invoice:

  • You simply open the pdf file and print the label then attach it to the return package that you will be sending to us.

  • Drop it off at any United States Post Office or schedule a home pick up
      

Since everything has already been paid for and the paper work is already done, as soon as we receive the package from you, your exchange will be shipped to you.

It couldn't be easier...or faster.
