The entire cost is $11.26. ( $5.63 each way---new 2010 USPS
rates)

Payment is made through our shopping cart so you'll be able
to use PayPal or your credit card.
The procedure is just like when you originally placed your order
with us.

We will immediately receive notice of your exchange and payment:

then will
prepare a pre-paid postage label for you that we'll email you
within 24 hours (excluding weekends) in pdf format.
If you don't already have it, you'll need
Adobe Acrobat Reader
to open the file, it's free and safe.
4.
Once you receive the email from us with your pdf shipping label and
invoice:
Since
everything has already been paid for and the paper work is already
done, as soon as we receive the package from you, your exchange will
be shipped to you.
