Our Guarantee |
We are a small company and we rely on your
satisfaction. We're sure you'll be happy with your repair results, however, if
our products do not perform as well as we advertise, simply return the unused
portions to us for a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping and
handling costs). We will gladly accept return orders within 40 days of the
shipping date.
We do not reimburse return shipping costs.
NOTE: If you cancel your order after your it has been shipped or
refuse delivery, you will not be credited for the original shipping cost or the
return shipping cost and will be charged a restocking fee. There is a 15%
restocking fee on returns, not on exchanges. |

A color exchange
is for a "like" color - Example: Black for Charcoal. Not
Black for Red as Red is a completely different color. The Red would be
treated as a purchase not an exchange. |
