Return Policy - Links to Exchange and Return Forms
  • Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt.
     
  • BE SURE TO READ THIS:  All items must be returned in good, re-saleable condition...no exceptions.  Please...test the products in small quantities so in the event that you decide they are not going to work for you, you'll be able to return them.  We fully expect you to use a small amount for testing purposes so please don't worry about using some of it.  However, if you use in excess of 25% of any of the products (excluding sandpaper and sub-patch material), they will not  be returnable.  Do not expect to receive a refund if you send back dirty brushes or bottles with color drips on the bottle.  These are not considered "re-saleable".  In other words, be sure the bottles or jars have any spills wiped off and are tightly capped, and wash and dry the brushes. 
    Maintenance Kit, if the silver seal on the bottle cap is broken, it not returnable.
     This is an example of a return that is not refundable.

     
  • A color exchange is for a "like" color - Example: Black for Charcoal.  Not  Black for Red as Red is a completely different color.  Red would be treated as a purchase not an exchange.
     
  • Complete kits are NOT exchangeable only Color Flex is.  PLEASE only return only the bottle of Color Flex for exchange.  We will return your original products (used or unused) that you send, not replacements.
     
  • There is a 20% restocking fee on returns but not on exchanges.  
    Products returned that have greatly exceeded the 30 day grace period will, at our discretion, be either be charged a 50% restocking fee or not refunded.  Time period is based on your return postage shipping date, not when we actually receive the return.
     
  • Shipping fees are not refundable. 
    All shipping charges to return merchandise back to us must be paid by the returnee.
    We do not reimburse shipping charges on returned merchandise back to us unless the error was on our part.

    NOTE:  If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, refuse delivery, or not claim your package, you will not be credited for the original shipping cost or the return shipping cost and will be charged the restocking fee.
