Check the status of your order

Registered customers: To check the status of your order you need to log into your account.  Click here Registered members can check the status of all orders placed with us and can change thier contact information.

Un-registed customers: If you chose not to register you can still check your order status by the "order number" found on your email receipt.  Enter the order number and your last name in the boxes below and click on the Continue button. Order Number: Last Name:

What your status means: Pending Processing Shipped We haven't processed your order yet.  Due to the volume of orders we receive your order may stay  at this status for a couple of days at most.  We try to process orders as they come it, but that isn't always possible. We are processing your order, getting it ready to be shipped. An automated email containing your tracking information will be sent to you as your shipping label is printed.  Your order is now complete and is on its way to you.  Tracking Please note, once your package leaves our facility we have no control over it.  We don't have access to any further information other that what you see if you track your package at USPS.com.
