Cost
Shipping costs are calculated in "real time" by
USPS (United State Post Service)
You will be able to view your actual shipping charge prior to finalizing your
order.
You can cancel your order anytime prior to final submission.
Domestic Shipping:
> US orders are shipped via USPS
Priority Insured - Signature Confirmation. Sorry but we require a
signature. When the post office delivers to the wrong address (it happens
all the time) we have no way of proving it and can not file a claim.
International Shipping:
Please note...some countries add a "Value Added Tax"
(VAT) or "Import" fee. Magic Mender is not responsible for any additional
charges that your country may add upon delivery. Please check with your local
post office for further information regarding these fee's if you suspect
that they may be incurred.
>Canadian orders are shipped via USPS
- Global Express.
>Other International orders are shipped via
USPS Global Express. Please email us if our shopping cart does not
automatically calculate your shipping cost.
Speed
We do our best to ship your
order as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped within
24 hours
after your order is processed (orders are processed Monday
through Friday). However depending on the availability of the color
you may have selected, it may take a day or so longer. When added with the
shipping time, it may take over a week to actually receive your order. If
you must have your kit by a specific date, please order allowing ample time for
processing and shipping.
Refusing delivery:
Please be aware...If you
refuse delivery, you will incur any fee that USPS charges us to return the
package. Shipping charges will not be credited and there will be a 15%
restocking fee.
