100% refund (less shipping) if returned within 30 days from delivery confirmation.
This applies if your return postmark is dated within 30 days of receiving your order from us if...the amount of product used does not exceed the level shown in the photos below by the red arrow.

If you use beyond these levels, the kit or products are not returnable regardless of time period.

IMPORTANT!  All items must be returned in good, resaleable condition.

An extra Color Flex bottle cap is included with your original order... BE SURE to use it when shipping the color back to us!  Use rubbing alcohol to remove any adhesive from aound the edge of the bottle opening.  This will insure that the cap will seal properly.  Then apply the cap securely but don't over tighten. 

If you do not follow this process and the color leaks, it will not be resaleable, we will not be able to exchange it for you and you will not be eligible for a refund. .  PLEASE follow the instruction

A 15% restocking fee applies  if:
The color is spilled on the label, requiring us to rebottle the color.
Brushes have not been cleaned and free of color.
Palette knife has not been cleaned or show repair compound residue.
No refund will be granted if the majority of the products are not resaleable. 
So please make sure you follow our return process.
We photo document any returns that are not resaleable.

Partial Returns...are not returnable.
Meaning, if you purchase a complete kit, you cannot return just the individual products (Color Flex or repair compound) and expect a refund.

Sorry, shipping fees are not refundable.
All shipping charges to return merchandise back to us must be paid by the returnee.
We do not reimburse shipping charges on returned merchandise back to us unless the error was on our part.

Canceling after shipment etc.
If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, refuse delivery, simply not claim your package, or if it's returned to us because of an incorrect shipping address, you will not be credited for the original shipping cost or the return shipping cost and will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
