Our risk free policy...Please
read the entire page.
We
completely understand that there are times when our
products may
not work for you as you had hoped and
for that reason we have a rather liberal return policy. In
fact, we are the only
company that sells leather repair kits that allow you to test our
products and if they don't work for you, you can return them, no
questions asked. All we ask it that you adhere to our return
policy.

Be sure to test the color
To test the color, dip a cotton
swap like a Q-tip into
the bottle of Color Flex (one is included) instead of pouring the color into the
foam tray. In an inconspicuous area, apply the color in a
circular motion, about the size of a quarter. Be sure to let
it dry completely. If it's not a perfect match, but close,
you can always blend it into the surrounding area. If it's way off, you can either
exchange it, return it or tint it with our
tinting colors.
Please note, we cannot guarantee that
the color of Color Flex that you choose will match the item you
are trying to repair or recolor. Color selection is ultimately
the responsibility of the customer. |

shipping) if returned within 60 days from
delivery confirmation.
This applies if your return
postmark is dated within 60 days of receiving your order from us if...the
amount of product used does not exceed the level shown in the
photos below by the red arrow.
If you
use beyond these levels, the kit or products
are not returnable regardless of time period.

| IMPORTANT!
All items must be returned in resalable condition.

Returns after 60 days from
delivery confirmation: No refund.
No exceptions.
This applies if your return postmark is dated after
60 days of receiving your
order from us.

Missing parts:
Kits or individual products that are returned to us that
are missing parts or are not
in resalable condition,
the following per item
replacement fee will be deducted from your refund.
Color
Flex rebottling (if there's color on the label): $2.50
Application tool (palette
knife) $2.00
Sponge applicator: $1.00 each
Repair compound: We cannot rebottle our
repair compound, if it is not returned in resalable condition, the
retail price for an individual jar will be deducted from your
refund.
*Per item replacement fees do not
apply to alcohol towels, sub-patch material, sandpaper or paint tray.
*We photo document any returns that are not resalable and will
provide copies for you if needed.

Partial returns:
Are not
returnable.
Meaning, if you purchase a complete kit, you
cannot return just the individual products (Color Flex or repair
compound) and expect a refund.

Restocking Fee on large orders
(over $120.00):
25% (not
including shipping).

Shipping
Fees:
All shipping charges to return merchandise back to us must be
paid by the returnee unless there was an error on our part.
If returning a product, we recommend that you choose a method that
includes "Delivery Confirmation" as we cannot be held
responsible for packages that have not been delivered to us.

Refunds:
Refunds are applied to your
account after we receive your return.
Please allow two
weeks for you refund to
be applied. This is not necessarily how long it will take,
but in the event that we are busy, it may.

Canceling after shipment etc.
If you cancel your order after it has
been shipped, refuse delivery, simply not claim your package, or
if it's returned to us because of an incorrect shipping address,
you will not be credited for the original shipping cost or the
return shipping cost and will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
