Check your order status by using the "Order Number" found on your email receipt. 

1.  Enter the Order Number in the boxes below

2.  Enter your Last Name in the boxes below 

3.  Click on the Continue button.

You can view all orders that you've ever placed with us and can change your contact information.

* A bit of a glitch with our shopping cart...you must first add something...anything...to your cart to be able to log into your account if you want to see all previous orders.

What each status means

Pending: We haven't processed your order yet. Due to the volume of orders we receive your order may stay at this status for a couple of days at most. We try to process orders as they come it, but that isn't always possible.

Processing: We are processing your order, getting it ready to be shipped.

Shipped: An automated email containing your tracking information will be sent to you as your shipping label is printed. Your order is now complete and is on its way to you.

Lost Packages

Within the United States:
If your order has not arrived 10 business days after you've received your tracking number, please contact us for a replacement. We insure all packages against loss however sufficient time must be allowed for misrouted packages to be delivered before we will ship a replacement.

International packages:
Please allow 21 business days.

Please note, once your package leaves our facility we have no control over its expected delivery date.
We don't have access to any further information other that what you see if you track your package at USPS.com.
