Your exchange shipping label is not generated automatically.
It will be processed manually and emailed to you as soon as our returns department processes it.
We apologize for what seems like high shipping prices. We do not mark up shipping costs, the USPS just keeps raising their rates. 🙁 

Here’s how it works

  1. Enter your order number
  2. Enter the color number and color name of the color you’ll be returning
  3. Enter the color number  and color name of the new color you’d like to receive in exchange
  4. Click on the “Add to Cart” button

Payment is made through our shopping cart so you’ll be able to use PayPal or your credit card.  The procedure is just like when you originally placed your order with us.

Your exchange information will then be emailed to us.
Within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) we’ll email you a pre-paid postage label for you in pdf format. If you don’t already have Adobe Acrobat Reader, you’ll need it to open the file.  It’s free and safe.

After you receive the email from us with your pdf shipping label and invoice:

     » Open the pdf files and print both the exchange invoice and shipping label.

     » Include in the package, the exchange invoice with the bottle of Color Flex.

     » Attach the shipping label to the package.

     » Drop it off at any United States Post Office or schedule a home pick up.

Note: Your new color selection will not be shipped until we receive the color you’re exchanging.  Since everything has already been paid for and the paper work is already done, as soon as we receive the package from you, your exchange will be shipped to you.  It couldn’t be easier…or faster.

The following conditions must be adhered to

» If you’ve used the product contents past the line as shown in the photo above, it will not be exchangeable or returnable.

» Complete kits are NOT exchangeable only Color Flex is.

» Return only the bottle of Color Flex for exchange.  We’ll return your original products, not replacements (used or unused) if you send them with your exchange.

» Only a maximum of two colors, 5 oz size can be exchanged at one time. The shipping label is only valid for a 1 lb package.  If you need to exchange more than two 5 oz bottles of Color Flex,  please email us before filling out this form.

» Acceptable exchanges are for “similar” colors only. Example: Charcoal for Black, NOT Charcoal for Red.

» Color Flex cannot be exchanged for another product.


Color Flex must be returned in resalable condition.

  1. Be sure to place the bottle cap on securely but not too tightly.
  2. Make sure the original liner is still intact or the bottle will definitely leak and you won’t be eligible for an exchange or a refund if it does.
  3. Place in a zip lock bag so that if it does leak it will be contained within the plastic bag.

If you do not follow this process and the color leaks, it will not be resalable, we will not be able to exchange it for you and you will not be eligible for a refund.

PLEASE do not send us samples for us to match.  We’re sorry, but we don’t offer that service.

Exchange by other means

If you choose to exchange your color by means other than our exchange process, please be aware that it may take up to 4 weeks to process your request after we receive it. Once your exchange is processed, you will receive an invoice via email that will allow you to pay for the return shipping through our website. As soon as payment is received, your exchange will be shipped to you.
