Return Policy

This return policy is subject to change without notice.

While we make every effort to represent accurate color swatches on our website, we cannot guarantee that the color you choose will match your item or vehicle.  Auto colors may vary due to the age of your vehicle, dye lot differences, or the difference between the actual manufacturer’s swatch that our formula was based upon. If you ask us to help with your color selection, we may, but please understand, if we offer a suggestion, it would be only that, a suggestion.

Color selection is ultimately the responsibility of the customer as it the end result of your repairs.

We make no expressed or implied warranties about our products and are not responsible for any damage caused by user application.

  • Returns – No questions asked – No restocking fee
    Accepted within 60 days of delivery.  No refunds after 60 days from delivery, no exceptions.
    Products must be in resale condition.
    If more than a minimal amount (10%) of any products is used, no refund will be issued.
    Return Form Instructions must be followed.  If not, and your return is received at our facility in non-resale condition, you will not be eligible for a refund.
    Missing parts will be subject to a per item fee on top of the restocking fee.  Missing parts fee does not apply to sand paper or sub-patch material.
    Individual parts included in the Leather Repair Kit are not returnable.
    Products that state “Not Returnable” are NOT returnable. If you return any of these products you will not receive a refund. Neither will we return the product to you unless you request the return at your cost.  We do not offer “credits”.

  • Shipping fees are not refundable.
    All returns are photo documented.

  • Return Shipping
    Shipping cost to return merchandise back to us must be paid by the returnee unless there was an error on our part.  When returning a product, we recommend that you choose a method that includes “Delivery  Confirmation” as we cannot be held responsible for packages that have not been delivered to us.

  • Refunds
    Refunds are applied to whichever method of payment you used at time of purchase (credit card or PayPal) after we receive your return.    Please allow two weeks for you refund to be applied.  This is not necessarily how long it will take, but in the event that we are busy, it may.

  • Canceling after shipment etc.
    If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, refuse delivery, simply not claim your package, or if it’s returned to us because of an incorrect shipping address, you will not be credited for the original shipping cost or the return shipping cost and will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
