Please read carefully!

We expect and even encourage customers to test our products.  However, in the event that you need to return them, we ask that you please abide by this policy.


 

If you use beyond these levels, the kit or products are not returnable regardless of time period.

IMPORTANT!  All items must be returned in resalable condition.

  • Returns accepted within 60 days.
    Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
    Shipping fees are not refundable.
  • Returns after 60 days from delivery confirmation:  No refund. No exceptions.
    This applies if your return postmark is dated after 60 days of receiving your order from us.
    If you send back products beyond this time period we will not return them to you, so please, if you’re going to return them, do so within the allotted time period.

  • Missing Parts
    Kits or individual products that are returned to us that are missing parts or are not in resalable condition,
    the following per item replacement fee will be deducted from your refund.

    Color Flex rebottling (if there’s color on the label): $2.50

    Presto Prep: Current price of size ordered

    Application tool (palette knife) $2.00

    Sponge applicator: $1.00 each

    Repair compound:  We cannot rebottle our repair compound, if it is not returned in resalable condition, the retail price for an individual jar will be deducted from your refund.

    *Per item replacement fees do not apply to sub-patch material, sandpaper or paint tray.
    *We photo document any returns that are not resalable and will provide copies for you if needed.

  • Partial returns are not returnable.
    Meaning, if you purchase a complete kit, you cannot return just the individual products (Color Flex or repair compound) and expect a refund.

  • Following the return packaging instructions:
    If you do not follow the return packaging instructions indicated on the return form and the contents leak, please be aware that you may not receive any refund if the products are not resalable.

  • Shipping Cost
    Shipping cost to return merchandise back to us must be paid by the returnee unless there was an error on our part.  When returning a product, we recommend that you choose a method that includes “Delivery  Confirmation” as we cannot be held responsible for packages that have not been delivered to us.

  • Refunds
    Refunds are applied to whichever method of payment you used at time of purchase (credit card or PayPal) after we receive your return.    Please allow two weeks for you refund to be applied.  This is not necessarily how long it will take, but in the event that we are busy, it may.

  • Canceling after shipment etc.
    If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, refuse delivery, simply not claim your package, or if it’s returned to us because of an incorrect shipping address, you will not be credited for the original shipping cost or the return shipping cost and will be charged a 25% restocking fee.This return policy is subject to change without notice.
