Shipping Policy

We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. Normally, orders placed before noon, Pacific Standard Time, will be shipped the same day or the next day (Monday – Friday). However, due to the extremely high volume of orders we receive, we cannot guarantee that all orders will be shipped on the day they are received.   Orders placed during the week-end may not be shipped until the following Tuesday depending on the volume of orders we receive during that time. Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Shipping costs are calculated in “real time” by USPS (United State Post Service) and are based on your shipping address and the weight of the items you are purchasing. You will be able to view your actual shipping charge prior to finalizing your order. You can cancel your order anytime prior to final submission.

Domestic Shipping
Orders with US addresses are shipped via USPS Priority Mail

International Shipping
International orders are shipped via USPS International Priority.
Packages weighing less than 1 lb ship “Flat Rate”.
Packages weighing more than 1 lb ship “Standard Priority”.Please note…some countries add a “Value Added Tax” (VAT) or “Import” fee. Magic Mender is not responsible for any additional charges that your country may add upon delivery. Please check with your local post office for further information regarding these fee’s if you suspect that they may be incurred.

Canceling after shipment etc.
If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, refuse delivery, simply not claim your package, or if it’s returned to us because of an incorrect shipping address, you will not be credited for the original shipping cost or the return shipping cost and will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

Lost Packages
Within the United States:If your order has not arrived 10 business days after you’ve received your tracking number, please contact us for a replacement. We insure all packages against loss however sufficient time must be allowed for misrouted packages to be delivered before we will ship a replacement.International packages:
Please allow 21 business days.

Please note, once your package leaves our facility we have no control over its expected delivery date. We don’t have access to any further information other that what you see if you track your package at  We are not responsible for USPS delays.
